Missing episode after unaired episode

I am guessing this is to do with, where you get tv episode data from, but thought I would post it in case it is a bug.

As you can see from the image, I have 5 unaired episodes, followed by a missing episode. I have looked on tvdb, but there is not data for episode 23

If you look at the TVDB site, you will see someone added an episode 23.

Unfortunately they didn't really enter any information about it, just clicked on add. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but if you are, you can always delete those episodes in the web editor.
