Collected items not updated on trakt

Hi, as in screenshot I have a episode watched but not collected on trakt..

 

running the scheduled tasks not working..

ideas?

update: I added a movie and runned the tasks..

on trakt results as collected with date and time of collection..

 

the episode posted above are in collection tab, now (after a while) with collected on but without date/time..

Because there is no such movie on trakt. As for:

My guess is that it's missing season and episode number, because Trakt finds loads of result for that one id https://trakt.tv/search/tmdb?query=tt0280249

 

As for https://trakt.tv/shows/young-sheldon/seasons/2/episodes/3 I didn't see any mention of it in the log, so turn on debug logging in emby, and in the trakt plugin, so I can see what exactly is sent to trakt.

ITIS galileo is a movie not present on tvdb and trakt so i know there isn't found and collected .

 

I think there was problem on trakt side because young sheldon episode 2x3 now is showed as collected but without date and time..

Is not a big issue because the next media added to emby server is correctly marked as collected on trakt..

Maybe no issue on the trakt side, but it could be an issue in your metadata if it is missing information that is needed to identify it.

I watched now and the episode is marked as collected with date and time..

maybe because the trakt issues, showing me some wrong information about the episode..

 

the strange think was that the episode was in the "collection" section on trakt, but without the "collected" flag on..

 

but for close the argoment, the problem now is NOT present..
