adamzetpl 2 Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 Hi. Currently, I use qnap arm x41 beta which installs correctly, but the server does not start. I attach logs, maybe someone will come up with a solution to the problem. embyserver-63673912701.txt unhandled_25fc0ad2-0826-423c-935f-708d0823541f.txt
adamzetpl 2 Posted September 30, 2018 Author Posted September 30, 2018 Hi, is this a fresh install? Yes, I've used the earlier community version 3.5.2.0 and it works properly. I tried the version from 3.6.0.39 up to 3.6.0.49 and it's the same.
Luke 42077 Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 @adamzetpl We have resolved this for beta 3.6.0.52, although I would suggest a fresh (clean) install. Thanks !
adamzetpl 2 Posted October 5, 2018 Author Posted October 5, 2018 (edited) I tried beta 3.6.0.52 version but this time it does not start at all. No files, even logs, are created in the programdata folder. Edited October 5, 2018 by adamzetpl
Luke 42077 Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Can you uninstall and do a clean start? Thanks.
adamzetpl 2 Posted October 5, 2018 Author Posted October 5, 2018 (edited) I made a clean installation, I checked if the EmbyServer folder was removed in the .qpkg folder. Still the same, no folders and files are created in programdata folder. Edited October 5, 2018 by adamzetpl
Luke 42077 Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 That's strange. We just tested this yesterday.

adamzetpl 2 Posted October 7, 2018 Author Posted October 7, 2018 I managed to run emby by downloading the docker image emby / embyserver_arm32v7_neon and replacing libsqlite3.so.0.8.6 in qpkg. After this everything works.
Luke 42077 Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 Really? That's interesting. Can you explain in more detail what you did? Thanks.
adamzetpl 2 Posted October 7, 2018 Author Posted October 7, 2018 Previously, I used the version for the docker through the container station from the repository emby/embyserver_arm32v7_neon and I know that this version was always working so I downloaded the newest docker image and unpacked the libsqlite3.so.0.8.6 file to my computer, then I installed emby-server-qnap-mono_3.6.0.53_arm-x41.qpkg and I replaced using winscp libsqlite3.so.0.8.6 in the lib folder. After stopping qpkg and starting it again everything started working.
Luke 42077 Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Thanks, we'll look into this and get you a response.
Luke 42077 Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 @@adamzetpl, so I guess the architecture of your model is armhf, is that correct? do you know? thanks.
adamzetpl 2 Posted October 20, 2018 Author Posted October 20, 2018 I do not know, but the processor is marked as ARM v7 rev5 (v7l). I've always installed x41 or x31+ packages and it has never been a problem.
Luke 42077 Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 Ok yes so it does look like the x41 package should be based on armhf. We'll try to get that changed soon. Thanks.

Luke 42077 Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 What exactly happened? Can you try the x31 package? You said you took sqlite from the docker package, so that's essentially what we did. Thanks.
