I Use Win10
Why different movie sizes do not group in the same location as the wemby catalog?

The patch directory is this:

What server version are you on as I just tested exact naming scheme on Stable and Beta Windows servers.

I delete all the cache files got 2 covers only. The internal content of the folder is this. Is that what you asked for? thank you

Is "Split video files (file stacking)" overriding the " - " "Multi-version movies" grouping in the naming scheme used in post 6?

Yup, that's exactly it. They're being detected as multi-part, not multi-version. You may need to adjust the file names a little.
