HI @@ebr, is there anything else I can do to help diagnose this?  I've stopped using Emby now on this TV to show home photos and videos as constantly scrolling back to where I was in large lists drove me crazy

Hey @@ebr - not sure what the fix was but I factory reset the TV (again), and also installed a minor TV update at the same time and the problem has gone away since.
