Tried to update manually - please help

Today I noticed I was several versions back on Emby Server.  When I went into the Dashboard it said I was up to date, yet I was on ver 3.2.? so I downloaded the current version manually and started the install.  It ran for a while and then the install dialog just disappeared.  Service was off & when I went to start it I got a Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.  Dashboard is unable to connect.  Tried to install again a couple times, uninstall (didn't check cache/etc), reinstall always getting the same results.  

I am logged in as a member of the local administrators group.

 

I've attached the server-install.log below.

 

It looks to me the install was successful in the log but the service won't run nor will the dashboard.

HI, what version of windows are you on?

So for Windows 7 now Emby Server requires SP1 with Windows Update fully update. Can you run Windows update and make sure everything is up to date?

 

Then once that's done, then run the installer again. Thanks !
