Emby would have to interpret what Artistid to use if there was more then one. Example from track MusicBrainz Artist Id: 2ad66473-ccb3-41d2-8756-b56680cdfe62/c8b457e5-cfb7-42bf-99a2-af151867f6cc

We already do, if it's embedded in your audio files, or if the server was able to obtain the information via internet metadata.
