Could you explain to me how the administration of active devices is done? I have a signature of 15 devices, having only 5 active at this time and when I try to make a new one, it informs about the limit exceeded. Could you explain?

how i can see how much devices are active?

Hi.  Exactly what are you doing to "make a new one" and where are you having a problem?

The devices are managed automatically and apply to the key, not the server (so, if you are using the key on multiple servers, they all add up).

In fact I changed server. How do I disable the previous server completely?

If you are using the same devices, it won't matter.

What is another device?

You didn't answer my questions above so I'm finding it very hard to help you...

Well, I used the server in one place. I decided to move to another location and just ended the emby process on the old server. But I did understand. I uninstalled the old server. I believe the problem has been solved.

Hi.  I'm showing that 46 unique devices have validated Premiere against your key in the past 6 days.

Exactly what devices are accessing your server(s)?

Where i can see all that devices? On my screen Server have onl 32. And more, Premium device count is only for Premium function, right?

You cannot see it right now.  It is important to remember the device limit is not concurrent. If it were, we'd have the limits much lower as a single household wouldn't need 15 concurrent devices.

The limit applies to the total of all devices that will utilize Premiere features over about a week.  So, basically, all the devices you intend to support.  How ever you are using Emby is trying to support more devices than your current subscription level.

Thanks.
