Yes, you can set up Emby on a vps, there are tons of examples on how to do it on the internets.  A CDN is a content delivery network, it's not a server you install anything on.  Again, Google is your friend here too:  https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/cdn/what-is-a-cdn/

 

ps.  you need to take it down a notch.  you're posting minutes apart expecting members to drop everything to cater to your smattering of questions which can very easily be answered if you took the time to search for the answers yourself.

me aggressive.  that's a good one.  try searching for a Plex example, and in those instructions, switch out the word Plex for the word Emby.  You can even search on these forums!  ( crazy, I know).  A member posted a link to a Plex VPS how to article just a few days ago.

 

And just because you paid for an Emby license doesn't mean it's their responsibility to hold your hand through a non-standard setup.  Thats like paying for a drivers license and crying to the government because they won't teach you how to drive a dump truck.  get real.

You asked about running emby behind a CDN...  Cloudflare is a CDN, and yes you can..   There are some sites out there if you google "emby cloudflare" that will help you set it up.
