change app theme now require a premiere subscription (or enjoy the full dark theme all day long)

it was not in previous ios version, and some version ago the 'premiere subscription' notice can be close. but now are gone.

 

is everything going to be 'premiere subscription' only feature?

oh, I'm sure last version I can use 'Apple TV' white theme. (just try that time). maybe you guys just correct that in latest version.
