download videos have soft-sub subtitles

Hello,

 

When i download direct videos in iOS app and this videos have soft-sub subtitles , it's not show up subtitles in player after download!

 

also i try use sync option with encoding video and i select all complex in Burn subtitles to sure burn all subtitle type in video but it's same not show up the subtitle in video after sync.

 

 

could you please check about this problem?

That setting only affects playback, not sync. Please try again with the next release of the app. Thanks.
