timartinelli 0 Posted September 17, 2018 Posted September 17, 2018 Hello, I'm searching for some days trying to get into how Synchronization works with the Google drive. Today my scenario is this: Personal Server in my Home. I have a Google Gsuite account with an unlimited drive. Team Driver I can not sync the media in multiple resolutions for users to use these google drive links. Are there any tutorials with the steps? If I convert several resolição a movie and synchronize in gdrive when any user is watching the movie it will automatically run from google drive? Sorry so many ask I'm lost with this information.
Luke 42086 Posted September 20, 2018 Posted September 20, 2018 Hi there, have you taken a look at our google drive wiki? https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Google%20Drive Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
timartinelli 0 Posted September 20, 2018 Author Posted September 20, 2018 I'll take it easy, but it seems that this issue is resolved in 3.6. I'm having trouble running clients. is locked I'm with a dedicated server Intel Xeon E3-1225v3 32GB of RAM 1 GIGA UPLINK tested files are MP4 / MKV x264 Audio AAC 2.0. I do not know what else to do.
timartinelli 0 Posted September 20, 2018 Author Posted September 20, 2018 (edited) video and audio stops, every few moments Another thing about that. Direct Play and Direct Streaming, which is best for the client cache case. Or the 2 are caching the client. Edited September 20, 2018 by timartinelli
Luke 42086 Posted September 20, 2018 Posted September 20, 2018 Let's look at an example. Please see how to report a media playback issue. thanks !
timartinelli 0 Posted September 26, 2018 Author Posted September 26, 2018 (edited) Hello Luke, Can get a log with my current issue. I am focusing for all users direct reprocution. In the tests I did my problem is on the iPhone X, I'm testing the same MP4 + AAC Files. In case I did these tests. Android Tablet 7 - Movie Playback "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi" works in seamless playback perfectly. Iphone X - Movie Replay "Star Wars Episode V - Empire Strikes Back" Play for a few seconds, then return. There you play for more seconds and then again. Then I do the inversion of the movies. On Android I play the movie that was catching on the Iphone, and the direct playback is perfect on Android. Star Wars: Episode VI - The Return of the Jedi "Play for a few seconds, then return. There you play for more seconds and then again. Android Tablet 7 - Movie Replay "Star Wars Episode V - Empire Strikes Back" works in seamless playback perfectly. The server log is attached. If I enable the transcoding option for that user, it works perfectly on Iphone X, but it's not my focus to work with transcoding. follows a log with that senary. Another issue my server is assigned the valid IP of the internet is already defined on the network port. so I sent the logs via MP to you, because this address leads directly to my server. If you can help me, it hurts if you need to do some kind of remote access, I really need help to know if this is okay with the emby server. Edit: in the meand of the test I saw that in the Andorid stopped for a few seconds too. I saw that on clients, it does not cache buffer playback. is there any setting for this cache to work in Direct Play? so I would avoid those small stops that are happening in my case. Luke 42086 Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Playback of cloud sync content is resolved in Emby Server 3.6. Thanks.
timartinelli 0 Posted September 26, 2018 Author Posted September 26, 2018 Hello luke, correct but my problem at the moment is the one described above, it has nothing to do with synchronization in the cloud. Should I create another topic?
