HDHomerun connect premium

Hello i have a subscription to the premium tv hdhomerun. Im in eastern time zone. Some channels show for pacific time zone. Is there any way i can pick and choose where the guide should be for each channel? or is there something else i can do.

I noticed schedules direct has a east and west guide for hdhomerun. Which one would i pick if some channels are on east and some west?
