cfuson 0 Posted September 17, 2018 Posted September 17, 2018 I have been using the playon plugin for quite some time with no issues. I recently moved to another city. I have the same ISP (Spectrum), same equipment (Computers and router). The computers with Emby and PlayOn on them have static IP addresses. Now when I try to access playon through the plugin I can click through Live TV/Spectrum, then when I click on Live TV or any of the other icons I get a black screen with just the Play All Shuffle Sort By folders Shuffle ... This is also true no matter what icon I choose Comedy, Kids, etc.... I tried uninstalling PlayOn, restart computer, re-installing - still nothing. Any Idea how I can get it working again?

cfuson 0 Posted September 18, 2018 Author Posted September 18, 2018 Well it worked for 1 day - now when I try to watch something I get a black screen and can see the time count up like it is playing something. I tried what I did before to get it to work and still nothing.

cfuson 0 Posted September 20, 2018 Author Posted September 20, 2018 Ok - after playing with it a bit it turned out to be an issue with PlayOn - I had to go to that server and delete the cache folder there. I got in touch with their support and they helped me narrow it down. They release a new version to fix the issue and it appears to be working today.
