Problems with playlist of music, playlist of a user appears in all users

The following happens to me, for example I have a Music Library in it several artists and some.

 

 

I enter with the user Tiago I choose a song and ADD it in a new playlist "ListTiago" and add several songs.

 

 

I enter with the user João, in playlist there is nothing OK. Then in this user I go to any song and add it to a new playlist (at that moment it does not appear any) I put the name "listJoão" when the playlist "ListJoão" is automatically created the 2 playlist "ListTiago" and "ListJoão".

 

you can still delete the playlist created by the other user.
