AutoOrganise - Quieten Queue library scan on completion if 0 activity

A library scan is initiated even when nothing has been organised,

i dont think this serves a purpose other than waking all the drives up.

How are you determining this?

either 

go to scheduled tasks

run "organise new media files"

 

or goto autoorganise plugin and click organise

(whilst there are no video files to organise/moved)

 

then a library scan starts.

Ok, back when I was the sole developer of the plugin this did not happen. At this point it has changed quite a bit due to community contributions so perhaps there is a reason, I'm not sure.

 

We'll have to see what @@PoppyPop thinks. Thanks.
