Ich nutze den Emby Server seit gut zwei Jahren problemlos in der aktuellsten Version und habe das Problem das seit einigen Tagen beim Aufruf des Server Dashboards über egal welchen Browser nur eine schwarze Seite angezeigt wird... Reboot der Syno, testen verschiedener Browser habe ich alles durch, ohne Erfolg! Über die iPhone App läuft das Dashboard problemlos, das ist zur Zeit auch die einzige Möglichkeit der Administration! 2. Das syncen meiner ziwei Emby Kodi Clients in der aktuellsten Version (Kodi 17 auf Vero 4k) funktioniert nicht mehr, es erfolgt zwar ein Login und es werden auch alle Medien abgespielt aber die zuletzt hinzugefügten vor dem Problem mit dem Server Dashboard werden nicht angezeigt, auch kommt die Synchronisationsmeldung nicht mehr - auf einem Client habe ich die lokale DB mal zurückgesetzt, danach konnte ich die DBs manuell auswählen und syncen aber bei der nächsten Anmeldung passierte schon wideder nichts - ich vermisse auch in den Emby Kodi Client Einstellungen die Option manuell zu syncen, gibt es die nicht mehr? Kann mir da jemand helfen? Gruß! Mike

Syncing my ziwei Emby Kodi clients in the latest version (Kodi 17 on Vero 4k) is not working any more, there is a login and all media are playing but the last ones added before the problem with the server dashboard are not displayed synonymous, the sync message is no longer - on a client, I have the local DB reset times, then I could select the DBs manually and sync but at the next logon already did nothing wrong - I miss synonymous in the Emby Kodi client settings, the option manually to sync, are not there any more?

Angelblue05 4132 Posted September 14, 2018 Posted September 14, 2018 Do you have the Kodi companion installed on your server? If not, then you need to do update libraries in Emby for Kodi to grab the latest updates. @@sualfred Is this right? I'm not sure I fully understand.

I will add an option to support running update libraries on startup if you dont' have the Kodi companion enabled. But there's still work left to do in that area.

It´s very strange - after some reboots of my synology the dashboard works again... i never had such phenomens in the past and use emby premium since 2016! The synchronisation on my two kodi emby client´s doesnt work - on both clients i can see that kodi companion is marked as active but no synchronisation - i have to repair the local library to update the content on both emby kodi clients for both users i have... Do you have the Kodi companion installed on your server? If not, then you need to do update libraries in Emby for Kodi to grab the latest updates. This is a new option for me, searching on my Emby Server dashboard but don´t find the setting to check or install this... what must i doing to install this on the Emby Server? [Edit] Found it, under plugins and is enabled with the standard settings! Ok, the manual sync is gone, it's been replaced with update libraries. This will be great if possible... but when the update libraries is the same function with another name it´s ok - at the moment nothing happens when i do this, think this has the same reason why the synchronisation doesn´t work! MikeDelta 1 Posted September 15, 2018 Author Posted September 15, 2018 Try emby for kodi 3.1.15 It seems that it´s work with this build, made a test and changes are synchronized - i miss only the synchronization message with the percent info from the old plugin - it is gone?
