Web app via connect vs. local domain issue

I noticed tonight, and not sure how long this has been the case as I never noticed it before, if I use the web app via the connect login it is showing me the attributes codes instead of the normal text in some areas. 

 

Example - here is a screenshot of the Live TV guide and what should be the "New" button:

 

 

VS using the local domain:

 

 

It is showing this in other areas too if you need screenshots of that.
