External Connectivity

Hello everyone,

 

So I recently installed Emby to stream my media from my house(I'm in college 7 hours away) since plex will be shutting down November 30th. Everything says its working on the server at my house. Internal works fine(my dad can connect) but external doesn't. The server says that remote access is running fine. My ports are forwarded properly. When I go to find my server from my college here (even my cell phone when I'm using data) it detects it but when I try to connect it says Connection Failure. Inside the Chrome Console it tells me "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" then  "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" 

 

Any ides or help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

I have tried all those steps. The ports are all configured properly and the canyouseeme.org says that it can see me.

Are you trying to connect over http or https?
