problem with remote connection after fresh install

Hello

 

just a quick question today i reinstalled Emby server on windows just emby no changes to windows

i then restored all the settings from a backup  

however all the android TV boxes now wont connect unless i add new server even though the address is and all setting are the same as before.

all the TV boxes are on Remote IE over internet

this is a problem as i have well over 50 android TV boxes out

is there a way to make/ restore so that the people that have their boxes don't have to set them back up
