Offline sync duplicating downloads

In getting multiple copies of synced episodes when using the automatic download new understood content feature.

 

 

Emby reports only 3 of these episodes downloaded.

This is due to the inability of resuming downloads in the Android app.

 

Resumable background downloading is already implemented and currently in internal testing.
