I Apologize for Badmouthing you Emby. You Rock!

A week ago I installed the EMBY Server on my Kubuntu PC. Relatively easy.

Then a relatively easy install of Emby on Firestick. Had to open the port on my software firewall not Emby's fault.

 

Bought a Roku Express stick a week later and decided to install Emby. By the way the New Roku Express is way faster than the Amazon Firestick.
Emby wouldn't connect. No matter what I did.

So I let it go for a few days and last night I had to reboot my router because my sons phone stopped connecting.

 

Today I fired up my Roku Stick and it automatically detected the  Emby Server. Then I installed on my Android Phone and same thing. I mean both automatically went direct into  to the server with no prodding. Amazingly easy.

 

It was a router issue causing my problem not a Emby issue.

 

I think that somewhere along the way I mentioned in a forum that I had problem with Emby and Roku.

 

So I apologize for Badmouthing you Emby. You rock!
