Hi!

My Emby server has a PCIE-SSD wich is fast, but i also have 64GB of ram, wich doesen't get used that much.

I was wondering if there is a way to put let's say poster images and stuff into RAM - for even faster browsing speeds?

RAM is volatile, so you'd lose whatever was cached every time the server restarts.  However, if this doesn't matter to you, look into a RAM drive.

Yes, i know. Maybe i explained myself poorly. I wasn't thinking about a RAMdrive, the files are stil stored on the drive, but stays in RAM for faster access.

I don't think that will help because it's extremely unlikely that this is the limiting factor. If you really to improve performance then I would find the worst offender and look at improving that. Since you're already on a fast SSD it is unlikely to be that.
