Commas and other punctuation in series names (feature request)

Example. Previous eps of Cosmos, A Space-Time Odyssey were named thus: 

"Cosmos, A Space-Time Odyssey - 1x01 - Standing Up In The Milky Way"

 

New episodes are named thus:

Cosmos  A Spacetime Odyssey - 1x05 - Hiding in the Light

 

Same with other shows containing punctuation, for example My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic. Now there is no more comma or dash or whatever.

 

I don't have a problem either way whether there is a comma or not, as long as it is consistent. Now the file naming is inconsistent within a series. There should be an option to allow MB3 to rename all episodes as nomenclature changes. However this should not be automatic, or at least it should be reported explicitly, lest backups start filling with duplicate files bearing slightly different names.
