Lost all cover images

After completing the update to the emby server i lost all cover images and the libraries wont sync the new content

I upgraded the emby-server to version 3.5.2.0 from I think it was 3.0 previously. library scan fails

Okay, that is a very large jump in upgrade.

 

it is likely that you need to re-set up the library.  If you have a backup made with the configuration backup plug-in you could restore users and user data etc. from that.

with the backup  and restore plugin can I back up one server and restore the user data in a different server? or does it have to be the same server?
