I created this new account literally just to ask for help to rectify problems with another account I just created. I signed up for an account under my main email address and as soon as the account was created I was redirected to the Emby community website, except "Sorry, you don't have permission to do that" was presented. I cannot change any details, access any account information using this account or link any servers to it. It appears to be banned. Any reason why this might have happened to a brand new Emby account and how I can get it fixed? Thanks.

I may have been connected to a VPN at the time, could that have affected it?
Luke 42086 Posted August 28, 2018 Posted August 28, 2018 Yes that could have affected it. That could have caused the forum software to think you were a spammer. Anyway I just unblocked the account so you should be good to go now.
