Music- Artist with Music Video's only Not Shown under Artists

Hi All

If an artist is in my library but only has associated videos they do not show up under the artist listing. The artist info is created just fine but the only way to get to it is to go to the video and then up to the artist. See screen shots below.

 

 

 

 

 

I have attached the applicable part of the log.

I am facing the same issue and would appreciate a bug fix.

 

One more question - what is the "red exclamation mark" for some of the artists. I also see that for some of mine, but never knew why this comes up. Thoughts?

Thanks. I'll get this resolved.

 

Red ! means either we were unable to find internet metadata, or some kind of failure occurred while trying to do so. You'd have to check the log. Usually you can clear it up by using the identify and/or refresh features. The reporting will improve in the future to tell you exactly why it is there for each item so that you can take action.

Thanks again. Any update on above? I believe this is related broadly to the fact that tags from videos (MP4) are not being read by MBS.
