How to set default image types when refreshing metadata

Ok, I've looked everywhere I can think to find where the setting is for downloading specific image types in each folder when refreshing metadata.  I know I'm having a brainfart and cant remember exactly where the settings are and do know I've set them up in the past.  I'm trying to add a primary, backdrop, banner, logo and thumbnail by default anytime I add a new movie folder to my server, but any new folder is grabbing the primary, backdrop, logo and thumb only.  I know there was a way to set how many backdrops it would download as well.  Any help would be appreciated.

Dashboard-Library-select a library-enable "Show Advanced Settings"-scroll down to "Image Fetchers" and click the "Fetcher Settings"
