Hi,

I have installed my new RS2418+ with emby repository but update and license check fails (it seems that the emby server does not connect with emby.media),

Today have tried with another server (debian 9 and another ds418) and works perfect (package problem?).

Please help me because i do not know how to solve.

Thank You

Hello @@mippoliti

Thanks for the feedback, let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. There can be the odd issue to work through with new platforms, unfortunately we don't have physical h/w available to test on for every kind of machine.

If possible can you run the following: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Synology-:-How-to-Send-us-Support-Logs

I was just coming here looking for help for the same thing! DS1618+ here, so it's the same denverton architecture I believe. I can post my logs if you need them, but they're the same as the logs that have already been posted -- SSL / Mono / Cert issue.

Looking forward to an updated build!

Hello @@mippoliti

You're welcome. Thanks for the feedback and the logs, I've taken a look over them and everything now appears to be in order.

Do keep us posted on how you get on, always interested to see how the new machines in the Synology line-up are performing.

And of course, if you do need any further assistance, don't hesitate to start another topic in the Synology section on the forum.

Hello @@solabc16,

Thanks so much for the quick turn-around! It seems to be running smoothly now on my end too -- adding metadata, updating the plugins, etc. If I run into further issues, I'll be sure to let you know!

Thanks,

Adam
