Cover Art banners?

Running Emby 3.5.2.0, Synology and cover art 4.0.79.0

 

Noticing on androidtv app ( Sony TV, Android 7). That when I use stub file on titles that I own through Vudu that they

Appear fine but when I choose them to read metadata in app and return to home screen small banner at top right cuts across the poster saying " Extended Disc".

 

If I exit the app on my TV and come back the banner is gone until I go into the meta data. This doesn't occur on the Android app or on my phone with the browser. Any thoughts?

Is that banner being generated by cover art plugin?

I am not sure if its' the cover art plugin or the android tv app. Ebr can answer that. Either way though, we will need to rethink that because the location of it is not ideal.

The app applies that banner to external discs (that's actually what it says, not extended...).  It always has but there was a bug that caused it to stop working a couple versions ago.

need new glasses...... thanks  - Why does it disappear when restarting and then showup after viewing the content?  

 

Also, is there a way to edit that Banner? or not have it at all?

You must be using the beta version of the app and there is still a known issue there.

I'll check tonight to see the version but I don't think I am on the beta.

Using version 1.6.22g, which was updated today and removed the external banner. That was fast.
