Hi, yes a couple people have reported this on older models but we haven't been able to reproduce it yet. Is the TV firmware up to date?

Hello;

Thank you for the support.

Yes, the firmware is updated, I have tried to update it today but the system did not found a new atualization.

I have been using the plextor, but i'd like to change. I think Emby is better.

The folders are shown on the TV, i could open it and choose one movie, but when i try to run the TV stops.

When exactly does this happen? After pressing play?

Yes, that correct.

In this TV, the posts of the movies are not showed too, but the other one is ok.

Thanks

Ok so this is happening with Dlna. Unfortunately i don't have one of those old models for testing. What kind of media are you trying to play?

Ok.

i have downloaded it from yts.ag. There are several kinds of media and nothing runs. But i will try with other files in sequence to see what will happen.

At least you found the cause of the issue.

The Plex media is running correctly, but the cards of the movies aren't shown so good in the selection screen. Maybe if i send the log of plex midia server to you can help. Can i do ?

thanks

I guess finding out if the other server is transcoding or direct play would help.
