Hi,  have you tried enabling VAAPI in Emby Server settings?

I had, but it wasn’t working. I did get it to work, though, by unchecking on the fly captioning. .

 

It works great. Without it, live tv with the hdhomerun would buffer constantly. When enabled,, no buffering at all.
