Library with DVD rip

Hello,

 

I just updated EMBY to the lastest very on my QNAP TVS-EC880 and I did it as well with QMONO.

1- I have been surprised because my previous setup as not been kept. So I did the setup of the library agin.

2- My libraries are composed with DVD rip, it was working perfectly with the previous version but not anymore.

I know that it's recommended to transform my DVD rip into MKV but it's to time consuming so in a short term, i would prefer to keep the DVD structure.

 

Can you help me to anderstand why the libraray is empty in Emby ?

Hi, what does your folder structure look like?

The structure is :

<movie name>

—> <VIDEO_TS>

—> <vob file>

Nothing!

All the movie folders are directly in the share folder.

Hmm, try adding an extra layer. See if that helps.

I found the solution.
The proposed folder was "/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/DVD" instead of "/share/DVD"

Now, it's working!
