Emby Server (Docker) stopping after 10 seconds (on Unraid server)

So, uninstalled the docker and removed all files from the \appdata\embyserver folder on unraid.
As I have moved those files in a different folder, is there any way I can just copy over the new installation manually the files that have to do with

- users

- watched items

I don't care about everything else.
BTW server is now scanning the folders, which I manually inserted, and I was able to load history and users via the plugin, but that is for the two months old backup

You could potentially copy the users db database file, although it's not generally recommended. User data is a little more tricky, and would require extraction via sql commands:
