Emby supports PCI Tuners?

So,

 

Support is telling me that they now support PCI tuners.

Is this true?  I can't find anything about this in the release notes and I still only see HDHomerun, Hauppage and others in the tuner types.

 

i removed NEXT app and plug in but it can't find my tuners.

Hi.  We support the HDHomerun network tuners and some models of Hauppauge PCI tuners (but only on Windows at this time).

 

What tuner do you have?

Hauppage 1800 driver 1.58.34237.0

Hauppage 2250 driver 7.9.1.34216

 

i installed these years ago and it took forever getting them to work (Win 7).

Luckily I had the old drivers and I had to reinstall windows.

You may need to have the win tv software for some models to be detected.

Hi,

 

installed WinTv and it plays live TV.  Emby server detects the PCI tuners.

However both my Emby server machine and Theater machine show a live TV icon but when I open it it's blank.

Also, no guide menu item.

 

I reloaded schedule info, rebooted both machines.

Did you add guide data to emby server?
