rudco 4 Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 Help!! Emby Server running on Windows 7, and I watch Emby or EmbyBeta through my Roku. Everything worked fine a day or two ago, all movies and TV shows played, out on my WD Cloud network-connected drive. This afternoon Emby asked me to send a new code to eby.com/pin, that went successfully, and since then I cannot watch anything, either on Roku or on the Windows 7 machine itself. "Playback Error - No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details" Running Emby Version 3.5.2.0 Please help! Thanks, Ed Rudman

rudco 4 Posted August 16, 2018 Author Posted August 16, 2018 Yes, restarted Roku box, restarted the Emby Server on the Windows 7 box, rebooted the entire Windows 7 box. Still, nothing plays anymore. I am attaching all the logs from today. 1
Luke 42086 Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Hi there, we're sorry to hear about this. Can you please attach the emby server log? You can learn how to do that here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ Thanks.
Luke 42086 Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Hi there, did you forget to attach the log? Make sure to hit the attach file button after selecting a file. thanks.
rudco 4 Posted August 17, 2018 Author Posted August 17, 2018 NOTICE: This attached file is a WinRAR file, not WinZip, but you're software wouldn't upload the RAR extension, so please rename "Emby_Logs.ZIP " to "Emby_Logs.rar", and then unzip/unrar. Thanks, Ed R. Emby_Logs.ZIP
Luke 42086 Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Here's your issue: file:Z:\TV Shows\Ben and Holly\Season02\Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom - 2x02 - Mrs Fig's Magic School.mp4: No such file or directory Either your Z: drive is turned off, disconnected, or Windows has disconnected it. Try rebooting your machine. What is your Z: drive? Is it a mapped network drive?
rudco 4 Posted August 17, 2018 Author Posted August 17, 2018 All set, I hadn't mapped down to the correct folder on the media drive. Thank you, I'm back in the movie business. Regards, Ed R.
