Luke, maybe I sound like a jerk but is it too much to ask that this just works? I really dont use any of the premiere features because I either cant install them for fear that Emby will break or Emby is already broken and it wont stay running. I totally get that we all want this to work. I dont want to be the one troubleshooting this. I would like to sit down and watch any given movie at any given time. is this too much to ask of Emby? I honestly would pay $1,000 for Emby if it just worked.

I was able to reproduce an image related crash and have resolved that. We should have that on the beta channel within the next couple days. Thanks.

I apologize in advance, this is ridiculous at this point. I have had nothing but issues with Emby. I really want to enjoy it but it is always something since I installed this.

 

Emby server crashes randomly, image related issues, display issues, version issues, and now I dont know what. Emby server had been running fine for 4 weeks (with the libskiasharp.dll replaced) although I had the scrolling issue I would resize the view and get all the options in most cases. It was said that the 3.5.3.0 version corrected this. Now in the past 48 hours, the Emby server has crashed 3 times and I havent even been watching any content.

 

Can I please go back to the previous version even though there is a scrolling issue? 

 

Can we please get a stable build that doesnt have these problems?

 

Can I please get a prompt response this time with more than just "this will be fixed in next version" or "we are looking into the issue"?

 

 

I have been very patient, very understanding and workable to make it this far. I've offered to pay more for support, pay someone to resolve these issues, I have tried countless fixes and just plain waited for a solution. I even purchased the premier and supported Emby fully when I do not even use the premier features. Some accountability is certainly due now. I cant continue this struggle, I'm done.
