AdrianW 1058 Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 I've been using the Android app away from home playing downloaded episodes with no server access until I get home. I often manage to watch half an episode on the way to work and then finish the episode on the way back home. Syncing occurs automatically - but when looking at the server the episode progress bar is at the half-way point (i.e. where I stopped watching on the way to work), but the watched checkmark is set. So, it knows it was fully watched but gets the progress bar wrong. This has happened multiple times now, I usually notice because the episode appears in the Continue Watching section of ET.
Luke 42077 Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 So it's getting marked watched when it shouldn't be?
AdrianW 1058 Posted August 17, 2018 Author Posted August 17, 2018 So it's getting marked watched when it shouldn't be? No - it is fully watched. It's the progress that's wrong. Here's the steps: Phone away from home and not connected to the server Watch 50% of an episode (in the morning) Watch the rest of the episode to the end (in the afternoon) Arrive back at home and phone reconnects to the same network as the server Episode on the server is correctly marked as watched but shows 50% progress and appears in "Continue Watching"
Kurato 0 Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 (edited) I have recently had this issue happen while online, connected to the server, I watched an episode, it got marked as watched, but continues to show up in the continue watching section no matter how many times I cycle it between unwatched and watched. Luke 42077 Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 @AdrianW are you still able to reproduce this?
