video starts playing then goes black

everything looks good until i try playing a video, it shows for a second then goes to black screen, progress bar is still moving

tried lowering quality

h264 codec mp4

emby is working great through roku hooked to tv

Na minha tbm estava assim aí eu não abro a tela cheia mais lá em cima abro em baixo aí não fica mais preto a tela
