background bug when I start reading

I come to you today because I made myself a private server for me and when I start playing a movie, the wallpaper is displayed while loading the file.

 

like this for example from the server 1,  

 

but I wanted to migrate to a better server, everything works fine, except that this time when I start playing a movie, the wallpaper does not appear while loading the file, instead I have this on the server 2:

 

 

Do you have any idea where the difference might come from, please?

The wallpaper is coming from your local media backdrop images. Does your media have a backdrop image?

yes it is displayed after, but not during the loading of the video. while on the server 1 the loading is done on the background, there is no black screen, it is cleaner. But I do not see what is different on the 2 because everything has been set the same.

I think the background image on server 2 is just taking a little longer to load. that's why you see the black background first.

I honestly don't know. It displays the image as soon as it downloads. Maybe we should just show the black background every time.
