Issues playing downloaded music

I have been having issues playing downloaded music in the past couple of releases of the Android app. When I try to tap on the song title, the spinning loading circle appears, but nothing ever happens. If I tap on the menu button to the right of a song, then "Play", it will play the song, but won't queue the album. If I tap the menu button, then "Play all from here", I get the loading circle again. If I touch the play button at the top of the album menu, it will play the first song, and queue the album.

 

There aren't any error messages that come up and I checked for some logs and didn't see any on my phone.

 

Currently the server is version 3.5.2.0 and the app is 3.0.9. I'm running OmniROM (20180715) on a OnePlus 5T.
