Missing thumbnails

Hello,

 

I am running Emby 3.5.2.0 on Ubuntu 14.04.

My musics and audiobooks were well sorted. With nice tags and mp3tag images.

But in emby, there are just a few thumbnails in emby web:

 

 

But for example, all Vangelis files of Chariots of fire have a image on smb Share:

 

So what did I wrong? I disabled all automatics for getting thumbnails, additional informations etc.

Hi, when you "disabled automatics", did you also disable the image extractor while you were at it?
