Hi,

Last weekend I upgraded my server.  I got a long overdue computer upgrade.  So, I did a fresh install of Emby.  I have the collections option turned on as well as the auto box set plugin installed.  For some reason Emby will NOT create the collections library.  I have tried uninstalling the plugin and then re-installing it.. I have also tried un-checking the collections option and re-activating it.  The other thing that is also happening is that the library refuses to scrape completely.  It gets to 93.9% and then stops and I get a message that "Scan media library failed 8/6/2018, 2:42:47 pm Running time: 2 minutes and 3 seconds.

If anyone can shed some light on this I would be very grateful.  Thanks in advance!!!

Hi, I see this error, although I'm not really sure how it could have happened. Did you by any chance go back and forth between beta and stable releases?

Hi Luke,

This was a fresh install of EMBY.  I installed the file I downloaded directly from the EMBY website.  I did not make any modifications or anything...just a straightforward install of the file I downloaded, which was supposed to be the latest release of EMBY...

I hope this problem can be resolved!!!   And thank you in advance for any help you can provide!!!

Can you try shutting down the server, then rename this file:

C:\Users\gerry\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\data\library.db

Then start back up and run a library scan. Thanks.

Hi Luke,

I have done as you recommended.  I renamed the library.db file to library-old.db and have re-run a scan of my library.  The same thing has happened.  I am getting the same error message at 93.9% of the scan.  My collections library is also still missing.  I have taken the liberty to attach a copy of the server log file for you.  I hope this helps.  Thanks again in advance for any help you can provide.  It is GREATLY appreciated!!!
