Emergency help, my media database is completely messed up after the server is automatically upgraded.

it sounds like you are using the naming rules for files, but not for folder structure. We don't fully support a mish-mash at this time. We plan to in the future, but at the present moment you need to use a supported folder structure for tv series. That means \library\series\season\episode.mkv or \library\series\episode.mkv. If you can't do that then i would suggest home videos. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

Ok, now I can only do this. In fact, I hope that emby has a file for me to modify. Because the other directories are all normal, there are 2 directories that are not normal.

For example, I have 22 directories under the documentary, 21 of which are completely correct. A directory is incorrect. This directory is actually a combination of some directory errors in the remaining 21 directories. I think there is a similar xml. Or ini or similar files, let me manually delete this directory in the media library, so I left the rest right.

Ok, let's look at it from this angle. What is different about your folder structure compared to what the wiki says is supported?
