Android app direct playing lag x265

I'm having issue playing 1080p x265 file on the emby android app. This problem doesn't appear to happens with x264. When trying to play a x265 movie, it will play smoothly for 2-3 sec and then will begin to lag. No transcoding is happening. I've tried playing the same file with the plex android app with direct play and there was no issue, I've also tried playing it with a external android player and once again it was smooth. So the problem must be related to Emby. You can see the relevant part in the log around 2018-08-06 00:27:51.600. My phone's IP (Xiaomi MI 5) is the .122.
