It seems Emby is not getting real-time changes in my plexdrive mount.

I have set library scans to every 15 minutes to avoid that but they take more than 15 minutes to finish, so it usually take a while to finish one scan to discover new Media.

 

I have also a few local folders and real-time works, so I'm not sure if it's my mount filesystem. I'm running Emby 3.5.0.0 and Mono 5.8

pretty sure this is a known issue w/ non-standard file systems like fuse.

Yeah. Saw some people using plexdrive + rclone + unionfs to create a share where read and write permissions work, but couldn't make it work.

Hope something is in the works for Emby

You could always try a newer mono version to see if it may have improved support for this, although i think it's unlikely.
