Better compatibility with Lastpass password manager

I'd be grateful if you guys made the Emby Server login web page work better with the Lastpass password manager.

 

Issues:

• in Firefox on a Windows PC the fields get filled only if you had previously saved the credentials by using the "Save all entered data" function. Not a big deal.
• but in Chrome on my Android phone, the fields aren't filled at all, even if the entry is found and tapped (see attached screenshot).
