Notice episode 10 has the image, title and description populated, however episode 11 does not. I have been using the same file structure/naming conventions that I've always used, I've also checked the WIKI to ensure my naming was still correct and it is. The structure is as follows. /Kid TV Shows /Curious George /Season 6 Curious George 06x11 Curious George 06x12 Curious George 06x13 Can ya'll give me some direction here? This used to work, albeit back in 2016, has the naming conventions changed since then? Possibly the file structure is wrong, although it seems to make sense and has worked before. Also, I tried renaming, Curious George 06x11, to S06E11 without success. Is my file structure no longer supported? Show/Season/Episodes? Thanks! You would need to post a server log when these items were added to see why the information was pulled down from provider. Best guess would be a issue talking to provider site. I did the Refresh search for missing metadata as well as the Replace all metadata, neither seem to work. I know this has worked before as this is the format for all of my TV Shows, so hopefully the logs can point to something. It could have been something as simple as tvdb being down at the time you added the episode. I hope so, however, I have tried to refresh the Metadata at several times over the last week or 2 so I would hope the TVDB isn't down that much. Either way, here are my logs. I went ahead and did a log purge, then refreshed the metadata to get a clean log. I've bolded the Refresh Meta Data request and the return, or at least what I think is it... I don't look at the logs often... Maniac1982 3 Posted August 11, 2018 Author Posted August 11, 2018 Luke and Happy2Play, I figured this one out. https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/43193-nfos-not-being-created/ go into your tv library in library setup and ensure that both internet metadata and saving local metadata are enabled. the settings moved from global to per each library. This must have changed since the last time I tried to pull metadata for TV Shows and sure enough, they were not checked. Thanks for the direction.
