Feature Request please read everyone

Hey, I've noticed that if you skip an episode of a show, whether by accident, or because it's missing, it no longer shows that episode in the "up next" section, it instead shows the next unwatched episode past the ones marked watched. Example, if episode 4 is unwatched, watched episode 5 and 6, episode 4 no longer shows up in the up next. If it's missing and added later, it doesn't show it.

Any chance it can be made to show the chronological first unwatched episode? I sometimes forget about older episodes and miss them, not sure other's opinions on this matter, so if anyone else wants to chime their opinion on whether they would like this, or the way it currently is, rather it be a community consensus.

IMO - the bigger issue here is that you skipped it in the first place - because it was missing but you had a later one and our Next Up logic presented you with that later one so you watched it without even realizing you missed an episode.

There's alot of shows that keep their stories mostly contained in an episode, friends, seinfeld, South park, simpsons, family guy, mythbusters, etc, so it's easy enough to miss an episode of some shows, and not lose anything from the show or realize you've missed anything.

Yes but that is the exception.  As a general rule - most TV shows are serial.
