Jdiesel 1431 Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 What are everyones thought on the new Netflix UI? I think the slide out side menu looks and works great. Hopefully Emby can take some inspiration from it. They just need to give users the option to disable the autoplay trailers now.

As long as it's still not possible to disable that, I'll never like their UI. It could make my tea and give me a backrub on demand and I'd still hate it if I had to watch their awful trailers. I do like that I can set my user icon to Luke Cage, though. Aside from the trailer thing, my main quibble with Netflix on the Roku especially, though, is that you have to scroll down the menu to formally exit the channel. Should just be able to back out of it (yeah, I could hit home, but c'mon, consistency on a platform would be nice).
